Saint Cajetan of Thiene This painting by Tiepolo represents Saint Gaëtan of Thiene sitting on a cloud surrounded by two angels.

His face turned towards the sky, towards which he seemed to rise while brandishing a cross.

On the left, Saint John the Baptist is sitting in a magnificent red drape with a lamb at his feet, looking up at Saint Gaëtan of Thiene in glory.

On the right, entirely dressed in black, Saint Anthony is leaning on the long staff that characterizes him.

Unlike Saint John the Baptist, he does not look at Saint Gaëtan but observes us.

A pig's head appears just behind Saint Anthony, opposite and in front of the lamb.
